This is a great apartment complex. It is very well maintained. The management is professional and very responsive. You can not go wrong renting an apartment in this facility.

This is my 4 YEAR I love living here so much! It really feels like a family. Raquel and Diana are amazing and I cannot imagine being anywhere else ! Everything is clean and maintained. Service team Alex and Oscar take the best care of us here.

I moved into Greystone Summit at the beginning of this year, and I’ve had a great experience! I had a few problems upon moving in, but Raquel quickly helped to get these things fixed. The staff is wonderful and very accommodating. My apartment is very spacious and nice. I recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking to move around the Cumming area! The location is great with many shops & restaurants close by.

We are extremely excited to be moving into our new apartment in April! Everyone has been very nice so far and I will have to agree with everyone else the price is a little steep but its well worth it considering that we are getting a brand new place to live in with very nice accommodations. Also the property has promised to cover the extra cost in our rent since we will have to pay month to month since they had to reschedule our move in date, which I thought was really awesome! Cant wait to get into our new place and make it our home!! Thanks Greystone!

Greystone was by far the best price, best complex, best staff and best amenities you can get in Cumming. You have a great location, right off of 400, lots of nearby restaurants and the Halcyon which just opened. Also the staff and other residents are like family. You will feel right at home as soon as you walk in. And the units are sure to impress as well. Luxury doesn’t even begin to describe how it feels to live here!

We live here for about 4 years now, and I am very happy, can not complain about anything. My husband is a builder and we have few houses that we can move in and not paying rent, but we rather to rent them and stay here, I can say, with this friendly and wonderful stuff, great location, and well care community, I can call it home! No need to move out! Anything we need is here! Thank you.

Already reserved my apartment! Have not moved in yet but so far love the floor plans, amenities, location, finishes and staff. The price is a little high but good quality will cost you.

Greystone Summit is a peaceful and quiet community. My husband and I love the kind staff and professional management, the comfort and coziness of our home, and all the wonderful amenities. We love living here and would recommend it to anyone looking for an excellent apartment community in the Cumming/greater Atlanta area.

We like it here! Everyone seems nice. Beautiful apartments. I would say only a few problems it’s hard to get ahold of anyone in the office. Getting packages from the office is a hassle because there is normally only one person working and if they are with someone you can expect to wait awhile to get your packages. The people that do work in the front are great though.

The price is right for the apartment size?
Raquel and Diana are awesome as well as the maintenance team! Very attentive and open to making this the best living experience for the tenants?

So far this place looks fantastic! I thought the price was a little high, though. If the price was $100 cheaper, I would have given five stars.

One of the best places to live! Great location & very central to a lot of restaurants and entertainment places. Ellie was quick to help with anything I needed through the application process and even now as I live here. Raquel is very nice and prompt with answering any questions I have as well. Alex and Oscar are quick to fix any maintenance and they keep the grounds very clean. I love it here!

Some of the amenities include onsite garages, clubhouse, media center, fitness center, tanning center, pool, car wash centers (with vacuums) and the community is pet friendly!

We haven’t officially moved in yet, but we do have the keys and have seen our new apartment. It is beautiful and spacious! Wendy and Raquel have been so nice to work with, and we are really looking forward to getting settled in.9

Unlike many apartments, this is more like home.The management and maintenance staff, in our experience, have been great making our stay here clean, comfortable, and quiet. We may be have a different story than some, but so far, after waiting four years to move here, we love our apartment and mostly everyone who lives here has been friendly. Management has been especially good. Thank you!
