We love living here. It’s quite, dog friendly, and the staff is wonderful. The grounds are always kept as well as the pool and jacuzzi area.

what a lovely place to call home. clean and neat with exceptional staff that are ever ready to help you. Amazing, I wish I could live here for many many years, but have to move to a different state. if I ever move back to Columbus there’s no other apartment I’ll be looking for.

I love living in this community so much that I got a job with the company!! They are always so friendly! They wave at me EVERYTIME they pass me. They are very quick with any problems or maintenance issues that I have had. The club house is awesome- there is a 24 hour gym and business center that has a printer & fax machine and a tv and some computers, there is a laundry room in case my washer or dryer goes out (you never know), the pool is ahhhmazing, not to mention the jacuzzi! I would definitely suggest Greystone Summit to any of my family members or friends! ?

This is my first experience in an apt since the early 90’s. I have to say it’s been pretty nice. The ladies in the office are always helpful and maintenance is on point with getting things fixed in a timely manner. We have been here since July 2017.

I have lived here for two and a half years and love it more and more each day! The staff are some of the kindest people I’ve ever met, and are so considerate and caring. I have a disability and they often will do things for me that are above and beyond because they know how hard it is for me to get around. The apartment is spacious and bright, the craftsmanship is first rate, and the complex is beautifully cared for by terrific people. The rent is also very reasonable for a place of this quality. I count myself as incredibly lucky and blessed to have found this place and have no plans to leave any time soon. Come check it out–you won’t be sorry!

This quiet, gated community is a wonderful place to live! I chose here because of the spacious apartment and nice balcony. It’s in good shape and so spacious it feels more like a house. I love the well manicured lawns and beautiful landscaping. The grounds are always clean, even the roads. The amenities are great; beautiful pool and hot tub and even a kiddie pool, tennis courts, and nice fitness center with a tanning bed. Jennifer and the staff are always so friendly and helpful, and anything I’ve needed is done quickly and professionally. I love living here!

Historically I have never been a fan of apartment living. I have lived in many different places and as a result many different apartments. My first impression was this place was nice but honestly, they usually are nice… at first. What really sets this place apart is the personable staff, the excellent maintenance, and the overall culture of the residents. I actually like living here (to the surprise of my wife) and am very pleased with our choice to live here.

I have lived in the Greystone Summit Community for a little over two years. The amenities are great. It clean and well landscaped. The apartment for what I pay is spacious and has stainless steel appliances. I wouldn’t pick any other apartment community.

It’s a safe and friendly community. The staff is also very helpful and always polite. I also love all the events they have.

Greystone Summit is a great community! Jennifer and Naula are a great team and Fred and Durward are great at keeping the grounds and apartments looking beautiful and working great!

My first apartment in a long time and I must say I love this place!! Awesome staff, quiet community and very clean manicured grounds. Very glad I chose this place and would highly recommend to anyone looking for the best apartment living in Columbus!!

Great office staff, nice property, and peaceful! What more can you ask for?

A great place to call home! The staff are wonderful, the grounds are always clean and well kept. Such a step above!
