The staff here at Greystone Summit have been wonderful. They work tirelessly to not only meet, but to exceed every resident’s expectations. They always have a smile on their faces and are ready to tackle whatever comes their way. We appreciate the wonderful attitude each staff member has had. They go the extra mile to make us feel like family. One small example is the cute wrapping station to wrap your gifts for Christmas. If you don’t have the time or your wrapping skills could use some help, the staff will wrap your presents for free! Now that’s a family I want to belong to. Thank you for making our move here feel like we’re finally coming “HOME”!

My family and I really enjoy living here. Greystone has so much to offer, the apartments are wonderful and I can’t say enough about the staff. I’ve had maintenance once and they are prompt and very personable. They have events for the residents and it’s very well attended! I’ve been other places where they either don’t have them or the residents couldn’t give two hoots.
This is like a neighborhood and I love it!

It’s a wonderful place to live. I moved to a house and miss living there so much, I’m considering selling my home and moving back! I miss all the amazing staff and all my fantastic neighbors.

Easily the best apartment experience my wife and I have ever had – and we have lived in a lot of apartments over nearly 30 years of married life. Our two-bedroom has high ceilings, crown molding, two walk-in closets in the master bedroom and a walk-in shower – unheard of in apartments. The kitchen has granite countertops and beautiful cabinets. On top of all of this, the staff is simply AMAZING! We rented sight unseen from out of state. The person helping me (Steve) went so far as to walk through the building the apartment was in, snapping photos on his mobile phone along the way. He e-mailed the pictures to me so I could have a virtual tour of the exact location where my apartment would be! Way, way, way above expectations. This is really a great place to live.
