Wonderful community to live and the staff is awesome and believe in having community gatherings allowing you to get to know your neighbors and staff. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and I love the enclosed patios and location of the complex which is close to the beach and centrally located between Pensacola and Fort Walton. Definitely recommend as the place to live with spacious bedrooms and closet space.

Just happily signed my 3rd 15 month lease & look forward to making The Reserve my home for many years to come. All of the staff is top notch & anticipates most things & responds quickly to requests…& always with a smile. I couldn’t be happier & tell my friends back home that this is my heaven on earth. Love, love, love our apartment. We are in a three bedroom and find it just enough space for our family. Anytime we have had any issues the maintenance staff has been right on top of it.

I love the Reserve Apartments! I just moved here from NY last month and the move and process were easy and pretty much hassle-free. The apartments are always quiet and my kiddos love the pool. Everyone I’ve met here is amazing as well. So kind and caring!

I have lived here for 3 years and have loved every minute. The staff is wonderful, friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff is quick and efficient very accommodating. The grounds are kept very clean and there are lots of amenities and fun activities. This is the place to live if you are looking!

The Reserve is the perfect community for me as a retiree from the North. safe and secure, beautifully kept grounds, pool area is beautiful and always clean, maintainance crew is the best, nothing goes left undone no matter how small. Office staff is friendly and always pleasant and helpful, packages delivered to office for pick up, shopping close by. Live my lenai facing the woods, quiet and peaceful friendly community. Perfect for my lifestyle. Gated community give extra sense of security. Nothing negative to say. I enjoy living at Greystone Reserve.
