Pet Policy:

We allow 2 pets per apartment. There is a $400 nonrefundable pet fee per pet. Pet rent is $20 per pet, per month.

There may be a pet weight restriction at many communities. Please check with the Management office.

RAM Partners has a “NO AGGRESSIVE BREEDS” policy. Prohibited breeds, and any mixes thereof, include Rottweiler, Doberman, German Shepherd, Chow, Pit Bull (including the American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, and American Pit Bull Terrier), and any other breed as designated by Management.

All applicants and all residents will be required to complete Pet Screening information at the time of application and renewal.

Many of our communities participate in Pet DNA testing to help keep our community clean!
