My wife and I will be joining this community in early May and we couldn’t possibly be more excited about it. Melissa (the property manager) provided a great experience and went out of her way to help us through the property viewing and application process. We can’t wait to become a part of this community!
We relocated to Knoxville in December and Greystone Pointe has been so wonderful for our family! The community is super friendly and the staff is fabulous. Super helpful and get a to know each of their residences. Bonus! Our son loves the delicious cookies they have put out daily! We absolutely love it here.
Melissa was SO great during the model showing/application process. The community is beautiful. Can’t wait for everything to be finished and to move here this fall!

I just moved in mid-June and I would highly recommend Greystone Pointe. I am very excited to call this home. Moving from a house I was concerned about moving to an apartment but this property is beautiful with it’s lovely pool area, first rate health club, and gated community.The apartments are amazing with the crown moldings, quartz countertops, incredible views to the mountains and are very soundproof. The community is very dog friendly. The staff is top notch and is extremely friendly, helpful and responsive. The neighbors are also so friendly. Look no further for your future home.
A great place to live I really like it there it’s quiet and the people are nice
