I absolutely love living here! Not only is it a nice place to live with good accommodations, location and a staff that is very helpful, but they take care of their residents! As a dual-military family, we have a lot that goes on in our life with training and deployments. The staff helps to make sure we are taken care of and are very understanding of our circumstances and make it less of a burden on us to take care of things around the apartment. I trust them with all of my living needs. They’re awesome! And the apartments are beautiful!

I’ve been here almost 4 years and I LOVE it. I was in a 2 bedroom for 2 years, but when it got too small for me and my 2 teenage sons I decided I needed a 3 bedroom. I could’ve gone to any of the other complexes in the area, but I decided to stay here and move to a larger apartment. Best decision ever! Management is great, the maintenance is always fast and responsive, and the gym & pool are awesome. I highly recommend Greystone at Riverchase to anyone looking for an apartment.

Awesome place to live!! Quiet and very family oriented!

We’ve been here going on 3 years and we are very happy here. We were going to move down here from up north and live here for a year and then look for a house. We love it here and have no desire at this point to be anywhere else. The staff, especially Amber and Marcy make you feel like family. Anything that needs attention is handled timely. I love the pool and the tanning bed. The sq footage we have, the garage and all the amenities will keep us here for a while!

This community is pretty cool and safe. Everyone looks out for one another to include each other’s kids. I do appreciate the friendliness of the staff and the fun events they come up with for the community. Whatever you need this community and leasing office is accommodating. I’ve lived here for two years now and it’s been pleasant with no drama! Love it. ?

This community is Great! It is so close to downtown Columbus where there is so much to do and the prices are wonderful.

My husband and I moved here in June of this year from a large, country home on several acres of land. I really hated to leave my country home and I was wondering how the transition from a big house in the country to in town apartment living was going to be for us. IT IS GREAT!!!! We LOVE it here so very much. We had looked around at several places and this was the best as far as price, space and location. We have good service from the main office, we have good neighbors, and with all the amenities and great people, the transition has been wonderful. This is really a great place to call HOME.
