Love living in our little community. It’s the perfect location, the grounds are always well kept, the staff is friendly and helpful, and it stays pretty quiet at all times. It’s a nice place to call home.

One of the most interactive Apartment Complexes I’ve been apart of. Very on point with Maintenance and very good at letting residents know about updates, or special events that are going on. Apartments are very clean and spacious and the facilities that come with are very handy.

Greystone at Maple Ridge is great! Eboni, the property manager, does a great job running the community and is very involved in doing a lot of resident events! The apartments are beautiful and in a great location!

From the application process to the move in process we can’t say enough good things about Naula and the apartment complex!!

The coziest community in the perfect location! Naula the property manager is amazing and she an excellent team. They are all friendly and prompt. The resident events are fun and interactive and I’ve enjoyed each one I’ve gone too.

Very family and pet friendly. Any issues we’ve had have been quickly resolved in a fair and friendly manner. Maintenance crew takes pride in keeping the area clean.

Maple Ridge is a 10 out of 10! Every time we go to the pool, it is sparkling and clean. The onsite team will go above and beyond for each of their residents, and it’s just a beautiful community in a great location! If you’re looking for your next home sweet home, I would highly recommend!

Jacob initially sold me on the apartment as soon as we took a tour when i was looking to move. Im glad I chose this property.The complex itself is beautiful, peaceful , and very well kept. Maintenance turn around is quick.
