I have had a wonderful experience while living here at Greystone. The area is nice and quiet. Very friendly neighbors and the staff is very amazing. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a new home.

This was the best apartment I had leased over the last seven years during my stay in Columbus. The location is fantastic and the management is very courteous and helpful, not to mention the quality of the units which are very good and well maintained. Had I not been moving to another city I would have stayed here for longer. I would highly recommend this place and would love to live here again if I ever move back to Columbus.

My wife and I love it here! We’ve been residents for just over two years, and don’t plan on moving anytime soon. Any problems we’ve encountered have been addressed quickly and efficiently . It’s near great restaurants and shopping, but when you drive through the entrance, you feel miles away from anything. Overall, just a great place to live!

These are great apartment in great area. We’ve been resident for almost 2 years now. The apartments are very spacious and neat. The maintenance and office staff are always friendly and quick to respond to issues. A great place to call “home”. I have loved my time time here and will always recommend it to others.

I own property adjacent to this site and have experienced some issues. I am currently awaiting the management/ corporate to get back with me with some effort to resolve. I will keep all in the loop regarding the outcome. They have thus far been attentive, compassionate and communicative to my concerns.

This community is the best place we’ve ever lived. The grounds are always immaculate and the staff are very attentive and friendly. We have rarely had any problems, but when we did, they were addressed quickly and with genuine concern. The location is unbeatable. We are close to EVERYTHING, but it’s so peaceful it feels like the country once you get home. We love it here and would recommend to anyone.

We lived here for over 3 years, and we loved every bit of it! We were in a townhome. Rarely did we hear our neighbors. The location was great and I always felt safe. I was quite comfortable walking the complex and surrounding area. Maintenance was always on top of fixing things and keeping everything looking nice inside and out! They stay on top of pest control, checking air filters, and fire alarms. The car washing station with free vacuum was an added bonus. The office staff was very friendly and eager to help! Best place I’ve lived so far!

You know the maintenance man is great when your dog considers him his buddy and tail wagging runs towards him every time. Quick to fixes anything in your apartment or will replace it. Love living so close to everything I could want or need.

Love living at Mainstreet. The property itself is well maintained and the grounds are so pleasing to walking the neighborhood. The staff is professional and attentive to the needs of the tenants. It is typically very quiet-no loud parties, no fighting and I feel safe when I need to go outside during odd hours. Good value for the dollar.

I have lived there for a year now and I am so happy there! After being a homeowner for so long and this being my first apartment experience, I was dreading living here at first but it has been an amazing and refreshing change. We have really enjoyed the recent management/staff changes that have been made. Heather (property manager) really took the initiative to make sure that several maintenance issues we’d been experiencing were addressed and continues to follow up to ensure our satisfaction. The grounds are very well maintained, location is the best! It’s a quiet, respectful community and our townhouse is so peaceful. We have recently enjoyed the shared amenities with Greystone at Columbus Park as well. Happy to say we just renewed our lease at Main Street!

Firstly, I have been living here for about a month now.

The application process was simple and quick. I applied online but any questions I had were answered promptly over the phone.

I wasn’t able to visit before move in so I was very curious to see the place upon arrival.
Move in was seamless. Staff was super friendly and very helpful with all my questions. Once in the apartment I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the space. Any issues were addressed same day.

Nice quiet development. Close to anything you may need. Tons of restaurants, sams club, Walmart, and lots of other stores just down the road.

I haven’t had a chance to try the pool out but it looks nice. They do not have a fitness center on site but you are able to use their sister location just down the road. I was excited when I saw the car cleaning station. Free vacuum, water hose and compressed air.

Neighbors all seem nice from what I can tell. Neighborhood feels safe. Great water pressure in the buildings.

About 15-20 minutes to downtown. Easy access to the highway. 30 minutes from Pine mountain hiking area.

Easy online payments.

So far so good.
