In response to rapidly changing conditions and COVID-19 guidance from the CDC, we are now further adjusting our operating procedures to provide the best protection to our residents and associates.
Therefore, the following adjustments are being made effective immediately:
Property staff will still be on-site; however, the office is now closed to the public (including residents)
Please communicate with our office staff via email or phone.
Service requests will be handed on an emergency basis only. If you have an emergency work order request, please call the office so a member of our staff can discuss with you.
o If you have been infected by the virus or are currently in quarantine, we ask that you please disclose such to our office staff so they can take the appropriate precautions before entering your unit.
Amenities – Non-essential amenities continue to be closed until further notice.
o Mailrooms: access will remain open
o Packages: If you are having packages delivered from various delivery companies, please request they deliver directly to your home/door. USPS packages will be scheduled for pick up at the office with you via our staff during office hours.
o Laundry Facilities/Car Charging Stations/Pet Areas (all where applicable): while these will remain open, cleaning of these amenity spaces may not be possible. Therefore, we recommend you follow CDC guidelines for dealing with public spaces that you are unsure of the status.
Resident events are postponed.
