Greystone has honestly been such a blessing! I highly recommend coming in and speaking with the property managers! They are so helpful and so sweet! Not to mention it is so beautiful here!

Wonderful experience living in this neighborhood. The grounds are excellently maintained, pool area and fitness room are very nice features, on site car cleaning area, cute area to let dogs play (so many furry friends), responsive staff, beautiful living spaces and friendly neighbors. So thankful we moved here!

I’ve been so spoiled living here 2.5 years now. The community is gorgeous with first class amenities, and the apartments are beautiful and spacious with lots of closet and cabinet space. I’m moving to Tampa soon and already missing my beautiful apartment and community. Glory and Ginger are personable and helpful and the maintenance team respond quickly and efficiently. You won’t find a better value for the space and amenities anywhere from Pensacola to Ft. Walton. I wish I could teleport Greystone Summit to Tampa with me!

Love the team at Greystone Summit! Glory is the bomb dot com. The property is beautiful and super close to the beach. If you are going to live in Gulf Breeze, this is the best place to be!

Love this place. Last week they had one of their get togethers (wine and cheese) and we were able to meet other great residents. The staff did a fabulous job preparing event. The snacks were extremely good and we had a great time.

I’ve lived here almost 9 months with hardly any issues! Any issues reported to maintenance have been fixed within the day/week. I love my bathroom with the separate garden tub from the walk in shower and huge master closet!

We absolutely love our cozy little home here at Greystone Summit. Everyone is very friendly. Our apartment is very spacious and all the amenities here are perfect.

So far we are really loving our new home at Greystone Summit. Our two bedroom is spacious, and homey. I was worried about moving from a house into an apartment, but I don’t even think of it anymore. The grounds are beautiful, including the pool and club house. I’m so happy we are here! And our kitties are loving the sunroom. So all in all, so far so good. Looking forward to a wonderful future here in Gulf Breeze at Greystone Summit.

I love where I live. The front managers are always helpful. Our maintenance supervisor Joey is especially helpful to promptly fix issues. He works around my schedule as a night shifter which is extremely appreciated!!!

We are gong on two years and this is home to us! We are proud to live in such a well kept, beautiful community. This two bedroom has been made into a warm wonderful home. The size of these apartments are wonderful. So many things to choose from to do everyday. And we even have Mr. Phelps! ?
