Greystone Properties, LLC Satisfaction Warranty

As a Professional Property Management Company, we continually strive for excellence. We therefore offer a 30-day satisfaction warranty to our new residents.  If you are not satisfied with your apartment home during the first 30 days of occupancy, Greystone Properties, LLC. will:
  • Release you from your lease agreement        
  • Refund any security deposit (less any damages or amount of rent owed for period of occupancy)

Resident will be required to:

  • Complete a Non-Satisfaction Notice to Vacate Form
  • Vacate the apartment home within 30 days of occupancy
  • Fulfill all move-out obligations as indicated in the Lease Agreement
